CS Beef Packers, LLC recalled approximately 22,912 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O145, produced on January 14, 2026. IQ Produce Enoki Mushrooms (Listeria Recall)
IQ Produce LLC of Vernon, California recalled 528 cases of its Enoki Mushroom 150g product (green label, Lot# UI775) after an FDA product sample tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes. The mushrooms were distributed through retail stores. Listeria infection typically causes short-term symptoms such as fever, headache, and gastrointestinal upset in healthy individuals, but can cause miscarriage or stillbirth in pregnant women and severe illness in the elderly or immunocompromised. No illnesses had been reported as of the recall notice.
